Here is an unusual vintage French silver brooch. It is Heraldic/ Celtic in style. It is decorated with pin lions, stars, ship, dragons & royal lilies and the inscription ''Allons tous en chantant En avant la Normandie'' ( We all go singing Normady first) - with a vintage style tube clasp. The pin is marked VIKING on reverse. Although not hallmarked it tests positive for silver. It measures approximately 4cm in diameter and weighs 10grams.
